WEBSITE DOWN DURING EXAMS?!?

It is unacceptable that a university's website, that contains vital study and examination material is down intermittently during the semester, particularly during examinations. It was challening to submit assignments and the website was down for days before my first exam which was 6 May 2013. Unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable.

By the way, its still down!!!
