REMARK STILL PENDING AFTER 5 MNTHS

I've submitted my remark request documentation and payment in December 2012.
Unisa informed me that the remarks will be processed and students informed in March 2013 on the latest.
March came and gone, no response!!
Since April i've been on there case writing several emails and just getting an automated response that they will deal with my enquiry.
Eventually somebody replied informing me that my remark hasn't been done at all a month after is should've been finalised!!!
Ever since i've been calling on a daily basis without any success the answer differing from people being on strike, the person dealing with my module is on leave or just sorry its in process!!

It is the 07 May now and still no luck and im writing this module in a few days and still dont know if im suppose to rewrite or if i passed the module!!!
I havent started studying this subject and rather focusing on my other subject for i only need this 2 modules to finish my degree.
This is carnage my money was taken and no service given, i really hope i passed this module for i will be taking further action for this could now cost me my degree this semester!!!

I definitely wont recommend them to anyone!!!
