My mother, the customer, requested a quote for renovations to her flat from Asset & General, represented by Iqbal Bux. She choose Asset & General to do the renovations. The contract was signed in January 2013. She did pay a deposit (which is a large sum of money). Iqbal started the job, however did not finish what was promised. After months of dodging my mother's emails, calls and sms's he contacted her to say that he will complete the job. It is now the end of April, the renovations are not done.
