Took money and did not finish the jo

Chris Heyneke from CLT Renovations quoted on renovations at my house. He started in June 2012 and was supposed to finish by Septermber 2012. He used R30, 000 of my money on another job that ran late and needless to say never completed the job at my house, as he did not have the money, he simply disappeared around November 2012. He comes across as the nicest person, but just disappeared and stopped taking my calls. I know he is still operating, so please be aware.
