Staff treated inhumanely

I went to your opening this morning and you will be happy to hear that it was very busy. But what got to me was that you were treating your staff very badly. The store opened at 07:00 and by 13:00 when I left the cashiers were still standing in front of their tills, not one chair in sight. I complained to Corinne from Jhb who explained to me that this was how it was done as staff then worked faster. I bet management and owners of these stores have chairs. So they work slower? Our constitution states that we all have the right to be treated humanely. It is not humane to stand working like this for hours at an end, no tea etc in sight and not having eaten. Some of your staff left hotels and homes at 4:00 to be on time. You should be ashamed for not taking care of your staff first. They were all extremely helpful and kind and went out of their ways to help you make more money. And they are treated like this? Shame on you!
