He is brilliant!
He knows his products. He has an excellent understanding of how to lay a bathroom out and has a keen eye for measurements and design.
He was patient and his after-sales service was good. He said he'd call, and he did - which is usually rare once you've left the store.
It was a pleasure to have shopped with him.
