Bathroom Bizarre Rosebank - Terrible

My wife and I went to Bathroom Bizarre on Wednesday 20 Nov to buy a new shower head as ours had broken. Firstly when we walked in, the three sales consultants did even look our way. One was busy on the phone, which is acceptable but the other two were sitting at their desks and did not look very interested.
Eventually when we found what we wanted we asked for assistance. The male and female consultant first had an argument as to who was going to serve us. Eventually the male got out of his chair. I pointed out the shower head we wanted and he went to the back to fetch it. When he returned, he said the price was wrong (R265 advertised; but price was R565) I told him the price was advertised and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said it was incorrect. He then made a call which had nothing to do with my complaint at which stage we left the premises.
I advise anyone reading this to avoid bathroom bizarre in Rosebank, absolutely diabolical!
