Disappointing

I went to the branch in east rand to be assisted with a quote for roof for a house, to my surprise one of the staff said they won't do a quote for me simply because I won't come back and buy from. I really didn't like her judgement, I dont know where she developed the guts to underestimate me as a customer. Moving on another lady called a guy named Sandile to help me with the quote, the guy came and told me he is not comfortable with the design of my roof, and told me to go to another dealer of which I don't believe a big company like Timber city would not have a qualified architect who can help. To the branch manager, teach your staff what service is
