Upon entering a fairly empty store with lots off staff chatting about im kinda confused why I should wait 15m for the only assistant who can help me cause he went to get paper for the printer. So Brian eventually returns I ask him for a material quote please his first very abrupt response is Why didnt you take it 2 your area, seriously not that I need to explain but i work closest to your branch so his reply well next week, takes the plan makes copies ask for my number and thats that I stare at him in disbelief cause he didnt even give me chance to tell him what Material I require the quote for really now. I explain the project is nearly complete its only sum additional material for a 10m boundary wall pallisades and sum plumbing his reply if you want plumbing bring your plumber along I dont do pallisades you get cement bricks and sand from me ill call you next week, I was 2 shocked to even respond. Needless to say i call a week later ask for Brian who simply says I didnt get to it it was stock take, well Brian I've received penny pinchers quote on Monday the material was delivered yesterday im still waiting on your material quote for a 10m wall a week later shocking I say...
