Without Prejudice
Dita Products/Savutisky signed a contract with me to build my house. They took a hefty deposit and the contract stipulated 3 further payments until completion.
One of the employees Pete Mackintosh arrived and would only do the project if payments were made as he went along. They totally defaulted on the contract. I had no choice but to go along with the pay as you go building method. I should have gone to the cops and walked away because Pete M and Roy Patterson have made such a mess of the project that i have had to get Engineers and other contractors in to fix up the mess at huge expense to myself.
Dita Products and all the "Gentlemen" concerned were not men enough to admit their mistakes and compensate me for my financial losses on salvaging my building project let alone defaulting on the Contract in the first place.
