Unprofessional Service and empty promises

Hi
I used Boss to install the paving at my current place and prior to signing anything, i was assured of their "LIFETIME GUARANTEE". If i had any issues, then i must just call them and they will come out and sort it out. Well, that is all marketing hogwash. I had been waiting for about 1 year for them to put back some paving that was removed and eventually gave up and got somebody else to do it. Then i made the silly mistake of asking them to come out and quote on some work. The same guy for the area got assigned to the call and made an appointment for a weekday, which we confirmed. I left work early and went home and waited for about 30 minutes before calling him. When he answered, it was like i was having an out of body experience, cos he insisted we made the appointment for Sat (which we could not have, cos i was not going to be around the entire weekend). Basically wanted me to reschedule, as he was on his way to some place. I tired to escalate to his office, and spoke to Gwen who promised to call me back shortly (this was on Friday last week). It looks like the bad attitide & poor service is a company pillar! Wont touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. Stay away from these guys!!!
