PAID DEPOSIT - NO GOODS RECEIVED

We paid a deposit for a door in November 2012. Despite numerous calls, messages and emails, we have not received the goods or our money back. The supplier claims that he to me (told my husband) when he said he was going to pay us back and that he was struggling to get a refund from his craftsmen. He apparently used our money to pay his staff and business expenses post obtaining a refund from the craftsmen (his own admission). We have decided that, should the money which we paid Gustav not be in our account by Friday 2 March 2013, we are going to proceed with legal action against him.
