Unprofessional behaviour and poor, poor service

Palm Pools started with repairs in End Sept 2012, and we struggled throughout the repair with commitments from them. After a promised 7 days, the work was only poorly completed (with a lot of defects - loose tiles, etc) after 6 - 7 weeks. We also made them redo the final coat on the fibre lining, as this was poorly done. Throughout this process they insisted on payment in advance and we did not skip any payment. Because there were so many defects, we did not pay the last installment. We contacted them, and requested to discuss the faults on site. When they came out, the started of with allogations, that they know our type, the type that doesn't want to pay, and they said that nothing is wrong with their workmanship. They threatened me with a pick and hexsaw, and wanted to cut the pipes and lift up the tiles, if I don't pay them. I was so scared for my life, that I made the payment. They then send us a mail, stating that we treated them badly, and they will not finish the so-called faults, and we only need to make part of the outstanding payment. We did that and requested on several occasions our guarantees on the fibre lining, and haven't heard anything from them since.
