I called EG Home solutions, the owners name is PIERRE GUBA, for a quote on the 2 November 2012 for a frameless shower door and mirror which they gave me a written quote R6950. I paid the full amount on the 7 November 2012.By the 7 December 2012 I still didn't get my shower door and mirror after various excuses and phone calls to the owner. He gave told me at least 5 times that he is coming and never pitched.By the 11 December 2012 I told him to refund me as I am going to buy the goods from someone else.By the 14 December 2012 he came to fit the shower door and did not fit the mirror. I haven't heard of him since and have called his office numerous times only to speak to an old lady that have no idea of what is going on. People be aware of this guy he his number is 081 270 4055. They have a nice website and people. I tried sending him a letter from the small claims court for the money he owe me, only to find out that the address on the qoute does not exist and nor is his company registered or listed.
