R399 is what I am charged by drain surgeon to open the lid of the man and told they cannot do the job.
They left after a minute or less after seeing the drain.
Now you are gonna reply with call-out as your answer. They previous plumber also told me he cannot do this job, and invoiced nothing. Your guys did not give me an invoice on the day. They just left. Now, I'm told I owe you. a month after the "NON" Job. No quote was given, nothing else was said besides, we cant do this job.
You will 10/1 get my R399, cause I do not want to be black listed. BUT, me and every one I know, will never use your services again. I will also spread the word in all available channels to me.
