Bad service and incorrect billing

I requested a quote from Drain Sergeon and they came out to start the work. After leak was detected the plubmer start to lay extra pipe and after I asked him why he is knocking out the pipes where there is no leak he told me he just replace the old pipes. Needless to say, after a while I receive this new quote for work done.

An also I have been told that patching was not included and I need to pay extra for that. When I queriied, I was told the the lady that normally does the quote was not there so some one else did it and that is where the confusion came in. So I was request to pay in any case.

I queried the material used and they responded with a list of materila on which there was some items I never received - their response was their guys said he dropped it off there which he never and I told them I have photo's to proof it but I was told that does not help them!!! WHat!!!

I was billed for hours that the guys weren't there as I made a note myself of the time they spend. But they said that they were there. Again, there guys word against mine.

Exploitation!!! This is what I called this service. No more drain surgeon for me, ever!!!
