Windovert came to install blinds in my 2 bathrooms. I repeatedly asked them to ONLY USE DIAMOND DRILL BITS when installing the blinds as i have porcelain tiles and drywall in the bathrooms. They did not use diamond drill bits, and they ended up breaking tiles and damaging the drywalling. It was agreed between their office and myself that i will get a tiler to repair the damage whereafter i will sent them the bill which they can refund to me. When i sent the bill they just refuse to refund me. Saying i accepted their terms and conditions. It would have been a matter of accepting their T's and C's if i did not tell them to use only diamond drill bits. But i repeatedly asked them to ensure that the installations team only uses the correct drill bits. when they came out again to install the blinds, they brought second hand brackets with them and probably thought we won't see it. they had to come back a third time to install the blinds. Most pathetic, untrustworthy company i have dealt with in a while
