Lack of Proper Investigation and Support After On-Duty Injury

I got injured on duty while working; a trench fell on me during the movement of machinery (excavation) due to a lack of concentration. The operator was busy on his cell phone while we were working, and that's how the accident occurred. I injured my hand and leg. My hand was wounded and bleeding.
