Electricity Cable not replaced

I am hereby complaining about the electricity cable that was stolen in 2018. An affidavit was submitted in 2018 by my cousin, Phanuel Chauke, who was residing in my house at the time. I relocated back to my hometown due to other goods that were stolen from my house.

I want to return to my house, and since last year I have reported the issue. The affidavit was reflecting on the system, but a few weeks ago, I was told the affidavit is not on the system. The matter is now being investigated again.

In November 2024, I was told it had been investigated and approved, but now I am getting a different story.
