Evergreen Pools - shoddy workmanship

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. We engaged Evergreen Pools to redo the fiberglass in our pool. Upon refilling the pool, we immediately noticed shoddy workmanship. Concerned about bubbling fiberglass and visible cracks, we reached out to Henry, requesting an inspection. He assured us he would address the issues, but unfortunately, no resolution followed.

Despite numerous attempts to contact him and reminders of our warranty, we've faced a series of excuses and unfulfilled promises over the past few months. Scheduled meetings went unanswered, and our calls and messages were consistently ignored. Do not give this person a single cent—avoid them at all costs.

Regrettably, we find ourselves compelled to pursue legal action at this point.
