STINKING SERVICE

I purchased building material from the store at Msogwaba PNL and requested that they deliver after a week and the guys politely agreed.
Then after a week as agreed, I sent my sister to the store to give them the delivery details and directions so that they could deliver easily. She was greeted with a stinking attitude and was insulted and was told in her face that "l was called several times and couldn't be found, so the agent said I've blocked him and he wanted to call me and insult me because am senseless, old for nothing and stupid ". My sister tried to clarify that it's because of network issues and he was told that l was a stumbling block in their delivery programme and they don't have time for people like me. I felt my dignity, character and social standing of my sister and mine was denigrated, abused in full view of customers and abused as if we were less humanbeings. My sister was treated as a less human being, a skunk and felt humiliated publicity and her rights trampled upon to be treated with respect, compassion and cordially. We intend pursuing this matter further if we won't find just recourse on this pathetic, disrespectful service at Msogwaba P NL.
