Terrible service

I’ve had endless problems with a leaking roof since this solar geyser was installed in February 2008 by Solar Beam. I complained after installation and was given many excuses such as the size of the copper pipes being too small etc. Initially, the technicians had the solar geyser feeding the electric geyser and hence I was always without hot water. After many phone calls, the technicians came out and disconnected my electric geyser. I have always been told by Solar Beam that the solar geyser was installed correctly. It has now come to my attention that the plastic inside my roof was cut when the geyser was installed through the roof. The plastic was simply put back and stuck down with brown tape. This should not have happened. A larger piece a plastic should have replaced the cut piece so that the sides overlapped and prevented water leakage and water damage. I had an assessor and a roof specialist inspect the roof before the technicians where here. Both agree the damage to my roof has been caused by Solar Beam cutting the plastic and not replacing it correctly. I would not recommend Solar Beam to anyone.
