Poor follow-up

Hi, and thanks for the comment. I had the exact same experience. I requested that Damp King come out and quote on work to be done to a home we were in the process of purchasing, and was told that someone would follow up and book an appointment... they never did. Unlike you however, I didn't call them back again and again, as I'm from the US and we perceive the lack of follow-up as a clear signal that this firm is either not interested in doing the work, or will provide poor after service if in fact they are selected to do the work. We moved on to another provider who readily responded and displayed strong follow-up.
