Useless Builder trying to make quick buck!!!

Koos de Lange & his team started by us last year October and are still not finished, 3 months later, he promised us it would only take 21 working days. Its an existing area that needed to be linked to house and get new IBR sheets & a bathroom (6-8 sqaure meters) needed to be build (plumbing and painting inc.) Started off good, but started to slack very soon. We are still waiting for the bathroom window, he asked the money for the window the first week they started. He is never there to look after his workers, my pregnant wife has to babysit them every day, otherwise they get drunk, make all sorts of stuff ups, skew walls, all plumbing leaked, breaking our windows, tiles, etc. The sealing has waves in it! Its a nightmare for us. The guy he got to do the tiles, Damion Strydom, only tiled and never came back for the grouting, although I paid him and Koos all the money. Me and my wife did the painting as they could not do it properly, we had to get the grouting and rest of tiling done by someone else, more money... Koos is forever got excuses and. We are so sick and tired of him, just watch out for him. Dont want anyone else to be done in by him too...
