For excellent service: go to Koos and Bushy

I would like to compliment Koos and Bushy at the Engen Garage in Frikkie Meyer Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark.

I went there on Saturday, 19 January 2013 to buy electricity for a prepaid meter. I had been to another supplier earlier in the morning, but this supplier couldn't put my card through as no-one is sure whether we have Emfuleni or Escom electricity. If the wrong option is chosen, then the card number cannot be read. The supplier eventually gave my card back after 5 minutes and said sorry they can't help me.

That's when I went to the Engen Garage. Koos and Bushy took a long while to figure out what electricy I actually needed. While I was waiting, they helped other customers and said I should wait. They could have just showed me away, but both of them struggled for what seems like forever, and it paid off. I left after 20 minutes or so... with electricty on my card.

It might not be such a big deal, but good service starts with the small things.

Thank you Koos and Bushy, your service is really appreciated. I won't buy electricity elsewhere!
