Good Day Roland, as your are now fully aware that I have laid a complaint with the consumer protection commission, I retract my previous compliment made about your company, should my pool problems not be resolved by them, I can GUARANTEE 100% that I will start legal proceedings at the small claims court.
Your website is misleading as you state the following " We are happy to take on jobs of any size, even down to the smallest task" Thanks for never ever coming back to me on a quote of re-tiling my kitchen, secondly your website also states "Customer Service begins & ends with a smile" totally misleading as I am not smiling right now as I type up this complaint, immediately remove pictures of my swimming pool from your website as this is not one of the best jobs that you have done.
Roland I gave you more business opportunities than possibly your other clients, by painting my lounge and all the ceilings in the house, you failed to do my kitchen, I was going to get you to do my palisade fencing painting and the roof of my house, well you can just put this down to lost business opportunities and I feel that this complaint is justified and in the need of public interest.
