Efficient service you provided

I installed a swimming pool through Clear water Pools in December 2012. Everything went smooth with just a couple of small issue's. I made a snag list and sent it to Ernens who then were the contact person. He then turned around and said that I must follow up with the contractors myself to do repairs. After several mails Roland contacted me and took care of all complaints with in a week. My coping were replaced and repairs around pool completed.
It is a pitty I did not meet Roland earlier to avoid all the frustration I went through. Thanks Roland for the efficient service you provided.
