Left home less because of bad customer service

As from september 2013 i have been applying for accomodation with joshco
my application was approved at the end of october
and told that i will get my flat after the payment of R6000
which i paid until today they havent provided any accomodation
they dont call the customer to give feed back on whats happening with
their application. but people who applied after me got accomodation.
i think i should have gave chantel some cold drink money. sure sure
i would have got a place to stay. its a very long process to get your money back from
them. their allocation manager still has that verwoed mentality in her
the way response and the she manages the department is very verybad
