TAKE A DIP

We are being threatened with legal action over for non payment of balance of our pool installation. However, we are withing our right according to the contract we signed. We have a rather hefty snag list which after more than a month is yet to be responded to after numerous phonecalls and emails from our side.
Final payment is due on completion and work is not complete. Pool rubble is still lying all over our property, there is chipped tiles and bricks, the paving is sagging and cracking, there is damage to plumbing at the tap outside, the outlet is not to standard, there is a hole in the bottom of the pool, the pool light has gone brown with mould. Would anyone in there right mind pay the final amount is work was not complete or up to standard. So dissapointed. This money came from our pockets. We did not take a loan or bond extension. what was supposed to be a great addition to our home has turned into a nightmare! I would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting a pool installed at home. What an aweful experience for our family.
