Substandard Quality Work

The company gave my daughter two quotations for a 13m carport. She chose the cheaper quotation of the two. After the finished construction they had to be called back three times because of the poor quality of work but I was not aware of it because i was out of the country. The carport leaks when it rains and gaps between are so visible even to layman.

I called them and spoke to a gentleman by the name Mr Dube just before Christmas and he advised me he will come on 27 December before midday to address the issue. I called him after midday after a no call no show. He did not even bother to tell me the only van the vehicle has was out of the country (poor communication skills).

I had to make several phone calls to follow up costing me on phone charges. I call again on 29 December and was assured he will be the house at 8am. You can guess the next thing that happened. I called again several times and the calls were not answered.

This is a fly by night company that lacks professionalism and has zero customer services skills. Save yourself stress and hard earned cash and not DO ANY BUSINESS with them.

The work the do is SUBSTANDARD. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!
