Ad workmanship, bad service

I contracted Essential to build and house for me. 2 years into the build they had not completed one project to the full. they where given the oppertunity to repair and after one year had still not done so. they have now left site, the owner does not return calls or emails and there is still suffnificant repair work to be done. i have reported them to the GMBA, the NHBRC and consumer council. Their workmanship is unacceptable, i have many superficial as well as structure problem which i now have to pay other contractors to repair. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL BUILDING MAINTANCE SERVICES CC OR ANDRE VAN DER WALT
