Very Bad after sales service

Installation not completed properly. Drainage not done properly and therefore floods the back of the house as well as filter and pump box. Provider chose to storm off premises, rather than try to agree on a amicable solution that would work for all parties. After initial good service it quickly went downhill after the last payment was made.
