Shoddy Work - DO NOT USE STEADI!!!

We ordered kitchen carcasses and bedroom drawer carcasses from Steadi. We enquired if they were able to fit Blum hardware and if they had the correct fitting tools to do this. Their representative said they had all the tools and skills necessary and they would be able to do the work as requested. Based on this premise we contracted them to build the carcasses with the Blum hardware.

On the first delivery we had to send the entire order back as they had not supplied the units with plastic legs as ordered.

On the subsequent delivery we then got drawers that were the wrong height.

On the next delivery we were supplied with crooked and ill fitting drawers

On the next delivery we were given drawer fronts that were crooked

On the final delivery we were supplied with units that we not the correct size

When asking them to send someone out to fix the shoddy work, we are always told they are too busy and sent someone out almost six months later.
