Poor service, promises the world, no delivery

Hi All. Just a friendly word of warning. Please be aware of this man and his construction team. While he is a mister know it all, and will promise you the world, he does not have the ability to deliver. You will feel that you have the opportunity to help someone who simply needs a break in life, but he will take your money and only partly deliver. When you get upset due to his lack of delivery and, he will threaten and fight, in an attempt to prove that you are the one creating the injustice. He will not deliver, and like us, you will spend additional funds on finding a new contractor to complete his scope of works. Please stay away from this man to save yourself the stress. It is not worth the stress.
