Dissapointing after sales

We purchased 2 sanitary hoses, code no.008/4 (Cobra), on 12/09/13.
We returned the same back, as both were leaking, on the 19/09/13. We were asked to come back next week, as they are sending it to Cobra, for testing. But despite our repeated visits, to the store viz. 26/09/13. We were told that they are still waiting for the report, and told us that they will phone us in a week. We rec. no calls right upto 27/11/13. So we went again to the store, only to be told, that we must come back next week, as the person responsible is not there. We asked for a refund, as it is taking so long, we were told to come back, and they will address the issue appropriately. We visited them again today that is 10/12/2013, we were again told that the person responsible is still not here. So we asked to settle the matter and refund us the money. We were spoken very rudely, told that it will not be entertained. when asked for his contact details, it was refused. We asked them to contact him while we were there, that was also refused. on our comment that, we will put it on Hellopeter, We were told go ahead, and do it, we have been down that route many times.
