I always make use of RCS's number-dial that allows you to access your account and see what amount is owing as well as a payment due date. I do not receive accounts via post as I am seldom at home, and also work odd hours which prevent me from going into a store during the day. For a couple of weeks now I cannot access my account and simply get an error when trying to dial the number. I then received an SMS stating that I must pay my monthly payment, but have no idea what amount it is.
