Unpleasant Experience

At the beginning of this year we purchased a home from Camissa properties. We were extremely excited because we were first time buyers and building our dream home. We were scheduled to move in at the end of August 2013. We were promised extra finishes, designs and touches to the house included in our purchase price. As the year progressed, the building process finally started at the beginning of June. We were constantly visiting the site and taking photos to document the building process. Weeks and weeks passed and little to no progress on the house. The house was not finished at the end of August and we received an extended date of 22 November. It is now 2 December. There has been constant disputes about promised extras that they simply 'forgot' about, the finishes we chose were never documented which resulted in numerous mistakes with our interiors, we were even threatened with legal action once when we arrived unannounced at the office to urgently meet with them to resolve some of the issues?! Our house is not finished. The roof is leaking, some of the windows are skew and can't even open. Nobody worked this weekend, again. The unpleasant experience continues...
