Terrible After Sales Service

I needed alterations done to the flooring they installed, it was minor changes which after many requests by me and empty promises by Lori (Sales Director), when she does respond to emails, I finally gave up and have had much better service from one of their competitors. They have lost any further business from me and i warn anyone from using them in future. There are too many companies like this who give absolutely no concern about workmanship and after sales service.
