No customer service

I have recently tried to purchase an MG6 used vehicle. The online car sales websites are full of good deals by CMH dealerships around the country. I found a few demo units advertised at R139000 on gumtree, olx, autotrader, etc.
After clicking on the inquiry links I did get some contact from dealers, however apparently the advertised vehicles at R139000 never existed and were just put online to generate calls.
This is possibly the cheapest marketing campaign that a large company such as CMH could employ.
I have asked numerous sales agents to please source me a sedan at the advertised prices and all have completely ignored my request. This is over a month now and still no MG6 offered.
In the current market, I would think that sales agents and sales based companies would be eager to ensure a sale! MG is not as popular as its competitors, yet you guys have a willing buyer who is simply around despite my willingness to even fly up to JHB or CT just to buy a car!

Disgusting approach to business. This will certainly result in many lost sales as buyers will go to competitors with better customer service.
