Approached by gentleman and asked if he can assist.
I explained what I needed and he started directing me in the right direction and helping me find what I need.
Another customer approach him.
He turned around and simply walked off... helping this customer rather and leaving me standing there like an.

Get you act together!
If you want to help... help, but don't leave your customers you have been helping standing there waiting without any explanation or noting!
