DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I write this complaint with great disappointment, firstly I see Timber city is one of the companies that does respond to hello peter -That alone tells me that they have no time or consideration for their clients, but I will post this any way to make the public aware of this rude company.

Yesterday I went to Timbercity& stood there for a while and no one offered to assist me. I then walked around and found three workers standing around doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting and laughing. I approached them and asked if someone could assist me. All three of them just looked at me. I then asked again. They looked at each other and started arguing amongst themselves as to who was going to assist me. Eventually David came up to me with huge attitude ROLLING HIS EYES says "WHAT DO YOU WANT". I was flabbergasted&at a loss for words. Eventually I told him what I need and he says "we don't have it, go try another branch" I then had to argue with him for him to check what branch has stock. I then requested the manager Ettienne. After waiting 15 mins for him he never showed up. FURIOUS beyond words!! I left everything I had in my trolley to the value of R4000 because of rude staff!
