We placed and order for frameless patio windows in early November 2012 with Tebogo from Diep K Steel. Having used her on a small job before- we placed our trust and paid her a sizeable deposit with a promise to install 1st week December 2012. Its 16 Jan 2013 and still no windows. The only thing more frustrating is that she switches her phone off, does not answer the call when it is on and only responds to smses. We have been sympathetic and tried to understand that she encountered supplier problems but she has still failed to give us EVEN as ESTIMATION DATE of when she would be able to install so that we can plan our move into our new place. My advise - dont EVER use this company - you will be left without your window - without your cash - and without an answer from he
