Guarantee MISLEADING

I bought a solar including geyser. I purposely had them fit everything as to not compromise the Guarantee. This did not help when I complained from the beginning about water dripping almost frequently from the overflow pipe I was met with excuses. When recently the tank started leaking I was told to first book a service that costs R 976.50 before the Guarantee. can be honored. I was not told that the stainless tank had to be serviced regularly. If I knew the problems with stainless tanks I would have opted for the Copper tank. Suntank although claiming to be South Africa's Leading Solar Heating Company is definitely NOT THE LEADING OR RELIABLE COMPANY. I even forfeited the Eskom subsidy when I used Suntank as they did not offer it. Had I used another company I would have paid half the price they charged for the same thing. I was mislead by their slogan South Africa's Leading Solar Heating Company.
