Great Service and reliable product

I installed two solar geysers over the past two years and used Nupower on both occasions. The installations were done professionally and they were very responsive when I called them for help afterwards. Their emergency call line (which routes through to the technicians) does get answered - I used it a couple of times. The savings on electricity so far is very notable: I calculated 40% to 54% saving year on year during the summer months.
I also called them one year after installation to move the geyser to enable people to put waterproofing on my roof and once again, Nupower delivered.
Very solid company with good client service principles.
