Poor client service - Debited twice for a purchase

I purchased wood from Builders Trade Depot's Vredenburg branch on 2.7.2013 and paid per Debit Card. I asked the Sales Lady (Cynthia) to debit the amount of R649.90 against my savings account. Due to a problem with their system or wrong action from her side, the transaction did not complete and a slip to sign was not printed. After struggling with this for some time I asked if there was not somebody else to help and she took me to another paypoint and the transaction was completed and I signed the slip and left. She never cancelled the incomplete transaction and the following morning when checking my Bank account I discovered that the incomplete transaction was debited against my Cheque account as well as the completed transaction against my Savings account. I went to the branch on 3.7.2013 and complaint about this. Cynthia promised to get me refunded and that I must give them some time to get it sorted. I went to the branch again on 5.7.2013 to find out about the progress and a lady from the finance/admin side (Johanita Coetzee) promised to look into it and follow up with their Regional office. I am still waiting to be refunded and regard this as very poor Client Service.
