Dear Manager,

i had the privilege to be assisted by Theo from the plumbing department. not only was he most helpful in providing assistance in buying the right stuff, saving me money, providing me alternatives and recommendations but also motivating and explaining to me how to do the plumbing functions.

the result was a job well done, no water leaks and a pat on the shoulder as now i can now fix my own plumbing problems, even my wife is impressed.
