After committing to refund a R30000 defect heavy duty vacuum cleaner that only worked for 2 hours before it broke down they now claim it is a used machine. They also: 1. Gave me accessories at a much higher price than quoted without prior notification or explanation because they had no stock of the quoted item. 2. They promised to inspect the broken vacuum cleaner and give a report on 20 Sept but have received nothing since. 3. They supplied a heavy duty grinding machine with revolving discs without holding down screws which resulted in the discs flying off creating a safety hazard 4 They supplied grinding discs that were bent after 2 hours work and failed to respond on the reason for the failure since 9 Sept.
