Bruchs Plumbing are Unreliable

I have a leak in my property. Bruch's plumbing made commitments on 3 separate occasions to have a a look at it. They never pitched and the problem go progressively worse. Commitments and promises are blatantly ignored because they got larger jobs which are obviously more profitable - I got this sense out of a call I got out of their office - people after me in the queue were attended to first.
