Gio plumbing supplies non performance

We recently finished builing our house. We used Gio Plumbing Products. The chrome on the bath trap peels and it caused deep cuts on my childrens bottoms in the bath. After contacting the supplier, Heidelberg Plumbers, they reffered me to Gio Plumbing Supplies to fix the problem. They were unhelpful and unfriendly. They wrote a nasty sms about my complaint to their branch manager Vincent. But still no one returned my calles or addressed the problem. Their products is not up to standard and their after sales service is non existing.
