Please be careful with this company

Please people be careful, I purchased a Heat pump with a 5 year Guarantee last year April.
The pump has now started giving problems.

After 3 weeks of on and of hot water they actually informed me that it is not there problem any more even after one of their technicians confirmed that the pump is not working correctly.

I have been left to deal with supplier directly as they refuse to help and even want to charge me to rectify a faulty installation pointed out by the supplier.

The Managing Director Hendrik Roux seems to be untouchable and refuses to talk to any client. I mean that alone tells a lot from what type of person and company you are dealing with.
The and run around from these people are actually unbelievable.

I phone every day to hear when they are going to fix the installation without any response because you can never get hold of the correct persons?
